Suradjin Sutjipto, a licensed Professional Structural Engineer, holds a Master’s in Earthquake Engineering from UCLA, where he studied under renowned professors Gary C. Hart and Robert E. Englekirk. Recognized for his innovative approach and technical expertise, Suradjin has designed landmark high-rise projects in Indonesia, the United States, and Taiwan, along with industrial and low-rise structures in Malaysia and Australia. With over 35 years of experience, he combines academic insight with practical knowledge, establishing himself as a leader in structural engineering. His contributions to the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) and his dedication to earthquake-resistant design have earned him prestigious accolades, including the Herudi Technical Committee Award.

Indrawati Sumeru is a highly accomplished structural engineer and educator, combining extensive experience in both practice and academia. A top graduate of Trisakti University and the University of Indonesia, she is a licensed Professional Structural Engineer with deep expertise in structural engineering and management. As a Director at Suradjin Sutjipto, Inc. (SSI), she has led high-profile projects across commercial, industrial, luxury resort, and institutional sectors in Indonesia and internationally. Her notable works include Gandaria City, St. Regis Bali, and the Lynas Plant in Malaysia. A university lecturer specializing in structural analysis, concrete technology, and project management, Indrawati bridges academic knowledge with practical application. She has contributed to national standards development for steel structures, SNI 8369, and authored scholarly works on building codes and earthquake mitigation. As an active member of HAKI and PII, she also serves as an expert reviewer for structural design projects in South Jakarta. Her leadership and expertise have earned her respect in both the engineering and academic communities.

William Supardjo holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Tarumanagara University, where he received the Djarum Beasiswa Plus Award and graduated with honors. Certified by ACI and AISC, William has contributed to landmark projects, showcasing his expertise in code-based design, Performance-Based Design (PBD), and structural assessments, with nonlinear analysis applied in both PBD and in-depth building assessments. William utilized ASCE 41 guidelines to evaluate structural behavior and enhance seismic resilience. As a contributor to SNI 6816:2024 and an active member of ACI, AISC, ASCE, and HAKI, William remains committed to advancing structural engineering standards.

Sherrica A. Sucipto completed her Civil Engineering degree at Trisakti University, graduating as the top student with a specialization in structural design, detailing, and BIM. During her internship, she gained valuable insights into the constructibility of structural designs. Throughout her career, she has contributed to major projects, including high-rise office buildings, mixed-use developments, complex steel detailing, and residential timber structures. Her expertise extends to advanced structural assessments, such as post-earthquake evaluations, SLF assessments, and nonlinear analyses based on ASCE 41 standards. Sherrica has also contributed to national standards, including SNI 6816:2024 on reinforced concrete detailing.
